Appt.'s, Grandma, Zoo and Allergic Reactions!!!

Well Friday we went to Topeka to see Dr.Franklin our ENT(ears,nose,throat) doctor to see if Mallory needed her tonsils out and sure enough she does.. So that is scheduled for June 25th time to be decided closer to the day.. Needless to say Mallory is NOT very happy about this, but hopefully it will mean less sore throats from then on!! My mom met us in Topkea it was a surprise to the kids so when she showed up they had no clue and they were all very excited to spend the day with Grandma. After Mallory's appt. we went to Gage park and the Zoo!! We had a great time!! And lucky for me the kids slept all the way home!!

When we got home we had a little time to rest up before it was time to go to Clint's brother Torrey's surprise 30th bday party.. While we were there Clint ate 1 tiny shrimp and not more than 5 mins later he began to have a very strange feeling/taste in his mouth and felt like his throat was swelling then about 30 mins later he began to look really sick and have chest/stomach pain so bad that he was doubled over in pain.. We got home and we weren't here more than 30 mins and I was sure he needed to go the ER, but being the stubborn man he is he wouldn't go.. But we got him some benadryl and he went to sleep and feels fine today.. But needless to say no more shrimp for him!!! That was our Friday!! Never a dull moment in the Meade House....

My baby is almost 1..... (cont.)

Well Maxton's bday is approaching fast and well I am not doing so good. This is typical for me which is how I ended up with 5 kids in the first place.. I come to that 1st bday and realize that my "baby" is not a baby anymore so I beg Clint to have just one more, but I am afraid that trick has been figured out and Clint has put his foot down... NO MORE KIDS he says everytime I even mention having another... So it is pretty safe to say that our family is complete and for some reason that is sooooooooooo sad for me..I am one of those crazy people who love being pregnant,loves having a newborn baby and loves all the little stages they go through well at least most of the time !! So I will miss this baby stage in my life sooooooo very much, but I know that what lies ahead will be a blast and I am looking forward to raising my kids and if Clint should happen to change his mind I would definitely be up for it!!! What do you say honey just one more??? :)

Yesterday at lunch Mallory got on the kick of how old she would be when Maxton was 13... I told her she would be 20 and away at college and so would Mason.. Carter would be 17, Cavin 15.. She said that I would be a grandma when she was 25 and that she was going to have 2 kids.. Mason then said he was going to get married and have 6 no 10 kids!!! Wow..Carter said he was going to have 20 kids... haha... We then looked up the world record for most biological kids and found it to be 69!!! HOLLY CRAP is that even possible???? There is no way..... I can't even imagine!!!
